Lab Results Upload Guide

Step-by-step instructions for uploading your lab results from any provider

🚀 Quick Start

  1. Download your lab results as PDF from your provider's website
  2. Go to our upload page
  3. Authorize Google Drive access (one-time setup)
  4. Upload your files - we'll handle the rest!

📋 Provider-Specific Instructions

POPULAR Function Health

  1. Log into your Function Health account
  2. Go to "Lab Results" or "Reports"
  3. Click "Download PDF" or "Export Results"
  4. Save the PDF to your computer
  5. Upload the PDF file to our system

LabCorp

  1. Visit patient.labcorp.com
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Navigate to "Test Results"
  4. Select the results you want analyzed
  5. Click "Download" or "Print" and save as PDF
  6. Upload the PDF to our system

⚠️ Note: Some LabCorp results may require multiple downloads if tests were done on different dates.

Quest Diagnostics

  1. Go to MyQuest
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. Click on "Test Results"
  4. Select the lab results you need
  5. Click "View/Print Results" and save as PDF
  6. Upload the PDF file

Doctor's Office / Hospital

Option 1: Patient Portal

  1. Log into your patient portal (Epic MyChart, Cerner, etc.)
  2. Navigate to "Test Results" or "Lab Results"
  3. Download or print results as PDF

Option 2: Request from Office

  1. Call your doctor's office
  2. Request a copy of your recent lab results
  3. Ask for them to be emailed as PDF or pick up printed copies
  4. Scan or photograph if you receive printed copies

Other Lab Providers

For other providers like:

  • Ulta Lab Tests
  • Life Extension
  • DirectLabs
  • Any Walk-in Lab

General process: Log into your account → Find "Results" or "Reports" → Download PDF → Upload to our system

📁 Accepted File Formats

✅ Preferred Formats

  • • PDF files (best quality)
  • • High-resolution photos (JPG, PNG)
  • • iPhone/Android photos (HEIC supported)

⚠️ Tips for Best Results

  • • Ensure all text is clearly readable
  • • Include all pages if multi-page report
  • • Maximum 50MB per file

🔧 Troubleshooting

Can't find your results online?

Contact your lab provider or doctor's office. Most results are available within 24-48 hours of testing.

Upload not working?

Try refreshing the page and re-authorizing Google Drive access. Contact support@kestrelreport.com if issues persist.

File too large?

Try compressing the PDF or taking clearer photos. Maximum file size is 50MB per file.
